4.2 Deleted Content

When you delete projects or images:

  • Items are moved to trash for 48 hours

  • After 48 hours (or manual deletion from trash), content is permanently deleted from our production systems

  • Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted

4.3 Canceled or Terminated Accounts

After your subscription is canceled or terminated:

  • You have 30 days to download your content

  • After 30 days, User Content may be permanently deleted

  • We may retain certain account information for legal, tax, audit, and business purposes, including:

    • Transaction records

4.4 Legal Requirements
